Casa de Luz Co. began in 2014 by a team of passionate women who saw, right up close, the desperate need of single-mothers in Primo Tapia, Mexico. From that day on, they couldn’t un-see or un-know, the truth about how women and children were living. With all their heart, creativity and love for beautiful things, they designed a scarf made out of Mexican blankets and Casa de Luz Co. was born. While products have changed over the years, the most important thing has always remained the same. 100% of the proceeds from every product sold goes directly to the safety and care of vulnerable women and children in Primo Tapia, Mexico.

The mission of Casa de Luz Co. is to provide safety, food, education, and holistic care to vulnerable women and children in Mexico.

We help provide safe and stable employment to single-mothers living in poverty, offering opportunities to earn a fair wage and break generational cycles.

While women work to provide for their families, their children are safe at our Children’s Center or Youth Center, which bring children off of the streets and into the safety and care they need.
